TPSA Board Meeting

As you know the next TPSA Board and Committee Chairs meeting will take place July 8-9 in St. Louis, MO.

The meeting will be hosted by President Anderson and take place at the NewLeaf Symbiotics Office.

This meeting will be In-Person but will have a virtual option via the TEAMS link below.

The agenda and registration form is included in the attachment.

Key thing you need to do before June 8:

  • Book your hotel room at the Hilton St. Louis Frantenac
  • Please reserve your room this week or next week at the latest…..there is a Cardinals Game in town…and we are going to it
  • Note: There is a hotel discount code
  • Complete the Registration Form
  • This will ensure you get a ticket for the Cardinals/Brewers Baseball game and/or a ticket to the Busch Stadium Tour.

Family Members & Guests must register to attend the events and pay a fee to attend. Family or guests must be 21 years of age to attend the reception or off-site event. The fee for the person allows them to attend all meals/receptions and the Reception/Off site event on Thursday.

If paying by PayPal and paying for someone besides yourself – please include their name(s) to ensure payment is applied to proper person. * Payable in US dollars. * By paying for conference, attendee gives permission to be contacted by TPSA via email.

  • Francis Marion Hotel for $219 USD per night This is the government per diem rate. Call 843-722-0600 or 1-877-756-2121 – Pesticide Stewardship Alliance group. To reserve a hotel room for the Conference, please call the Francis Marion Hotel directly at 877-756-2121. Tell them you're with The Pesticide Stewardship Alliance (TPSA) Conference. There should be rooms available.
  • Note the following:
    • Check in: 4PM - Check out: Noon
    • Last day to book: January 9, 2026
    • Conference pre/post reservations: Guests can call reservations directly if they would like to book pre/post at 1-877-756-2121
    • Parking: There are two options available for parking for overnight guests.  Self-parking is available at the City of Charleston owned parking garage adjacent to the hotel and is currently $1.00 each 20 minutes with a maximum daily rate of $24.00 per day. Parking is based on garage availability.  The day starts and ends at midnight for billing purposes.  Parking is limited for over-sized vehicles and roof top carriers.Current pricing for valet services is $40 + tax per night and is billed directly to your guest room. Valet services are available at any time on the day of arrival, including unlimited in and out privileges, and are good until 11:59 PM the day of departure.  On arrival, please park in the valet lane on King Street and the bellmen will unload your vehicle.Parking is unavailable for vehicles taller than 7 feet. People who would like to park a vehicle of that size, may do so in the Visitor’s Center Parking Garage located at 63 Mary St, Charleston, SC 29403.

Any cancellation/refund request must be made in writing to the TPSA office and submitted by January 19, 2026, 15 days prior to the scheduled Conference starting date. An administrative fee of $50 will be charged to process the refund. If payment is made through PayPal, the refund will be returned via PayPal. PayPal fees may apply and will be charged to the person requesting the refund. No refunds after January 19, 2026, except for medical emergencies or death in the family. Consideration will be on an individual basis and in consultation with the TPSA President.
