There is a very limited agriculture and low overall pesticide usage in Alaska. Alaska does not have a statewide agricultural pesticide disposal program. However, most local solid waste programs do have some type of hazardous waste collection system and some programs may collect unusable agricultural pesticides on a case-by-case basis. A private hazerdous waste firm would need to deal with large volumes of agricultural waste if they occur.
